## Short answer
Find information, explore proposals and make sense of your project. Here are tools and ideas for architecture studios, municipalities and foundations. The first two are prototypes: early versions we have built and can adapt to your task. Our ongoing development and ideas follow.
## Who it is relevant for
Architecture studios, municipalities and foundations
## What FT can prepare
- Collect the relevant context, source basis, related material and uncertainty before human review.
## What the architect validates
- Tell Thais about your task and the material you have. Together, we choose where to begin and agree the result, price and testing.
## Find information for the project
Prototype built

A question about a building often calls for several sources. We help you find and bring together the relevant information.
- What you can get: An overview with relevant information, links to the original texts and questions to investigate. It gives you a starting point for professional assessment.
- What we do: Our search tool uses artificial intelligence (AI) to find and read texts from five Danish publishers. We bring the information together and show where it comes from.
- How we work together: You choose the question. We search and review the results with you so the information can be assessed in relation to the building and its use.
- Status and next steps: The search tool is built and can be tried with us by arrangement. Using it yourselves requires access and installation.
## Walk through the proposals
3D prototype built

A place is about to change. Let residents and staff experience the differences while the choices are still open.
- What you can get: We can develop a model of your place that participants can walk through on screen and use to compare proposals at eye level.
- What we do: We have built a park model where people can switch between the existing place and new proposals. A digital host uses AI to answer questions.
- How we work together: You choose the proposals and what participants can influence. We build the model and test with you whether the differences and uncertainties are understandable.
- Status and next steps: The park model is built. A model of your place requires adaptation and development. Collecting participants’ input and providing feedback on their proposals are possible extensions.
## Make your knowledge easier to use
Proposed extension

A foundation or organisation has knowledge in reports and articles. How can it reach the projects where it could make a difference?
- The aim for you: A search tool that helps readers find relevant passages and follow links to the originals. For example, information on accessibility for a school project.
- What we do: We can build on our search tool and explore how to include your publications.
- How we work together: You choose the material and audience. We build a first version and test with users whether they can find and understand the relevant information.
- Status and next steps: A proposed extension of the built search prototype. Access to your material and searching it need developing.
## Let AI prepare a first draft
Trials in progress

Your project team needs information from several places. Could AI prepare the material so you can focus on assessing it?
- The aim for you: A first draft with information, sources and open questions for your professionals to work with.
- What we do: We are testing AI programs with separate tasks. They find and gather material and pass it to the next part of the work.
- How we work together: We choose one task and agree what the programs may do. You assess the draft; professional choices about spaces, materials and use are made by people.
- Status and next steps: The team setup and trials exist. Tasks, handovers and checks need adapting to your work.
## Trace a change through the project
In development

A window is replaced with a different type. This can affect how the building works and looks, and require changes to drawings, specifications and orders.
- The aim for you: A list of drawings, specifications and orders to review, with links and questions for those responsible.
- What we do: We are exploring how documents can be compared and AI can suggest what a change affects.
- How we work together: You choose a change and show us the material. Together, we trace its consequences and agree who checks and approves revisions.
- Status and next steps: In development. Links between documents and checks on the change list need developing for the specific workflow.
## What did we decide, and why?
Proposed application

The reason for a change sits in old meeting notes. Make it easier to find so others can understand the choice and build on it.
- The aim for you: An overview of what was decided, why and by whom, with links to the material behind the decision.
- What we do: We are exploring how AI could find and summarise decisions in project documents.
- How we work together: You choose the material and the people who confirm decisions. We distinguish proposals, open questions and agreed decisions.
- Status and next steps: An idea for a tool to develop with a partner.

## Uncertainty and boundaries
